Monica Magri is Chief Human Resources Officer at Chaberton Partners, with an active role in delivering client-facing Advisory solutions.

She brings over 25 years of experience in HR and organizational leadership in multinational companies in the industrial and recruitment sectors. Throughout her career, Monica has held senior executive roles, leading HR function reorganisations while creating consistency of organizational identity with business strategy, strengthening leadership models and aligning governance frameworks and cultural coherence.

Prior to joining Chaberton, Monica built her career across leading global organizations, including ABB, Bertelsmann, and the Adecco Group. Following her corporate career, she established herself as an independent HR consultant, supporting organizations through complex HR transformation journeys.

Her decision to join Chaberton reflects her commitment to combining corporate CHRO expertise with direct business development. As Group CHRO, she leads the People & Culture strategy across all countries, fostering shared identity and performance-driven talent frameworks. In parallel, she has a senior role in our client human capital Advisory division.

Monica holds a degree in Humanities with specializations in Psychology, HR and Labour Law, and she is a certified professional Coach and organizational Counselor.

After years in corporate leadership, Monica established herself as an independent HR advisor, helping businesses navigate evolving human capital landscapes.
