Lugano, 25 September 2025 – Chaberton Partners strengthens its international team with the appointment of high-profile professionals as Partners in Executive Search. With 3 Partners in Italy, 1 in Switzerland, 1 in France and 2 in Germany, Chaberton expands its sector expertise – in Industrial, Technology, Fashion, Consumer and Insurance – and its experience in Corporate functions. The total number of Partners has tripled in three years, rising from 9 in 2022 to 27 in 2025, a result that reflects Chaberton’s strong growth trajectory. This further consolidates the firm’s international vocation, with an increasingly significant presence in key European hubs, and its ability to attract senior profiles with diverse backgrounds from leading firms in the industry.
In Milan, Enrico Coco joins the team, specialising in Industrial & Supply Chain, with deep expertise in leadership and operations across industrial manufacturing, infrastructure and industrial technology. Roberto Zecchino also joins, bringing extensive experience in AI, Industry 4.0 & Transformation, and recognised expertise in HR strategy, organisational development and business transformation. In Rome, Paolo Dambruoso will join in the coming weeks, specialising in Consumer Goods and Retail, with a strong background in strategic consulting.
The new European Partners include Barbara Nicolini in Lugano, specialising in Executive Search within Fashion & Beauty, and a career as a best-selling author on careers in fashion; and Matthieu Galian in Paris, an expert in corporate leadership functions, governance, law, taxation, compliance and insurance, with previous senior executive roles in media and consulting. In Chaberton’s Frankfurt office, Jörn Ottendorf joins with over twenty years of international experience in executive search in Technology and Industrial, specialising in C-level roles and digital transformation.
