Paolo Dambruoso

Paolo Dambruoso is Partner at Chaberton Partners, based in our office in Rome.

He brings extensive experience from leading global consulting firms including EY, Roland Berger, and EY-Parthenon, where he led the Food & Beverage segment within the FMCG practice. Over the course of his career, Paolo has successfully delivered strategic projects for corporates, private equity investors, and public institutions, earning recognition as a trusted advisor in strategy, transformation, and organizational design.

Throughout his career, he has guided organizations through complex strategic transitions, including growth strategies, international expansion, post-merger integration, and leadership transformation programs. He has developed a distinctive focus on enabling CEOs and senior executives to drive sustainable, long-term organizational change, aligning business objectives with human-centric leadership practices.

Paolo holds a BSc in Management at Università Bocconi in Milan.
