Jörn Ottendorf

Jörn Ottendorf is Senior Client Partner at Chaberton Partners, based in Frankfurt.

Before joining Chaberton Partners, Jörn spent more than 20 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, holding leadership positions at international level and building a strong track record in advising clients across the Technology, Industrial and Automotive sectors. He has extensive expertise in placing senior executives in C-level roles, including technology leaders.

Throughout his career, Jörn has supported multinational corporations, mid-sized companies and private equity portfolio companies during transformation journeys, combining his understanding of new technologies with a pragmatic business approach. He has also successfully led numerous leadership and development assessments, helping organizations to adapt and scale in response to evolving challenges.

During his career, Jörn developed international practices in Industrial and Technology executive search, serving as a trusted advisor to Boards and C-suites across Europe.

Jörn studied sociology and economics. He is fluent in German and English.
