Enrico Coco

Enrico Coco is a Partner at Chaberton Partners Executive Search, based in Milan.

Enrico brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory, supporting international corporations and Italian organizations across the industrial, infrastructure and technology sectors. He is a trusted advisor to Boards and C-Suite leaders, with particular expertise in CEO and COO succession and a strong focus on supply chain and operations leadership.

He has successfully led executive placements across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, quality and HSE, and has an extensive background in leadership consulting. As project leader and assessor, Enrico has managed numerous executive assessments to help clients adapt and scale their organizations in response to evolving business challenges.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2016, Enrico spent more than a decade with two other leading executive search firms, gaining broad exposure to multinational and family-owned businesses alike.

Enrico earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He is fluent in Italian and English.
