Andrés Felipe Naranjo

Andrés Felipe is Manager at Chaberton Professionals in our Madrid office where he brings eight years of experience in recruitment, combining technical expertise with a strong people-oriented approach.

He began his career at Irium, where he worked as an IT Recruiter in an outsourcing environment, gaining initial experience in sourcing and managing technology profiles. He then joined Claire Joster, part of Eurofirms Group, where he contributed to building the IT practice from the ground up. Starting as an IT Consultant within the Interim Management division, he was involved in end-to-end recruitment processes and operational activities, which supported his progression to Senior Consultant.

He later joined Westerman Executive, where he further specialized in IT executive search. During his three years there, he worked as both IT Consultant and IT Manager, focusing on executive-level profiles in the technology sector and contributing to the development of a small but highly specialized Tech Executive Search team.

After a brief experience in the telecom sector in talent acquisition, he returned to Claire Joster, focusing on AI, data analytics, IT and software development profiles. In this role, he operated in a transversal capacity, managing both recruitment and business development activities across highly specialized technology markets.

Known for his resilience, optimism, and adaptability, Andrés has built his career in environments where he has often contributed to developing businesses from the ground up. He is recognized for his creative and proactive approach, as well as his ability to connect with people and adapt to evolving contexts while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration.

He holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources, which refelcts his deep interest in the recruitment and talent acquisition.
