Paolo Saccavini serves as a Client Partner at Chaberton Partners in Lugano, bringing extensive expertise in leadership Advisory Consulting, talent development, Board and C-Suite executive search. Paolo is assisting clients in aligning people strategies with business strategies to drive business growth.

Paolo brings a wealth of experience to this role, having served as Managing Principal at Korn Ferry, where he created the Leadership and Talent Consulting Practice, expanding its suite of services. His focus was on leadership and management assessment, Board reviews and talent development strategies.

Prior to that role, Paolo was Head of Leadership Consulting at Heidrick & Struggles Italy, where he refined assessment models and people strategy alignment models, drawing from his experiences with management consulting firms such as Deloitte and Arthur Andersen MBA.

Paolo's career started within the Business Consulting Practice at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where he worked as a manager, specializing in strategy and operations.

Specialized in Human Capital Services, Paolo's portfolio encompasses significant work in HR due diligence, Private Equity, Financial Services, IT and Professional Services. He has partnered with leading Private Equity firms in Italy and has contributed to high-impact projects in Financial Service, Telecommunications, Energy and Utility and Retail-Consumer sectors.

Paolo holds a degree in Economics from Catholic University of Milan and collaborative work with SDA Bocconi and SDOA in Salerno.
