Samantha Pagés is Partner at Ganci Partners, part of Chaberton Partners, based in Lausanne within the IT & Technology sector.

With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and leadership advisory, Samantha supports organisations in identifying, assessing, and attracting senior executives and leadership talent. Throughout her career, she has advised multinational corporations, technology companies, scale-ups, and entrepreneurial businesses on leadership appointments, organisational development, and growth strategies.

Samantha began her career in executive search with international firms including Hays and MRL Consulting, developing a strong expertise in recruiting senior technology professionals and business leaders. She later moved into in-house Talent Acquisition roles within leading global technology companies in the IT sectors such as Adobe, SAP, and Criteo, where she gained first-hand experience supporting transformation, innovation, and international expansion through strategic hiring initiatives.

Prior to joining Ganci Partners, Samantha founded her own executive search and advisory firm, supporting technology companies across Switzerland and Europe in attracting, developing, and retaining senior talent. Through this experience, she advised organisations ranging from established businesses to high-growth companies, helping them design, build, and scale technology functions across international markets.

She is recognized for her collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of the challenges that accompany growth and transformation within the technology sector.

Originally from the South of France, Samantha has lived and worked across several European countries, bringing an international outlook and cross-cultural perspective to her work with clients and candidates.
