Massimo Picca

Massimo Picca is a Senior Equity Partner at Chaberton Partners where he leads the Consumer, Retail and Luxury practices internationally, with a well acknowledged market leadership in Cosmetics.

Massimo has conducted many CEOs and C-Level Search and Assessment projects across FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, Media, Sport & Entertainment, and Human Resources.

He has also a deep experience in advising Private Equity funds across all the stages of the investment cycle.

Prior to that, he was a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric Salmon and Korn Ferry. He also acted as HRD for L'Oréal, leading the integration process among the different divisions in Italy. Previously he worked in Human Resources functions at RCS, Mondelez, and Coca-Cola.

Massimo is regarded as a trusted advisor by many leaders, and he is frequently asked to share his advice through speeches, lectures, and articles about organization, career development, and human capital management.

Massimo, a Milan native, has grown up between Italy and the UK. He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Milan and a Master's in HR and Organization from SDA Bocconi. He lives in Como and is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
