Massimo Picca

Massimo Picca is Senior Partner at Chaberton Partnersx, where he leads the Consumer, Retail and Luxury practices internationally, with a particular expertise in the Cosmetics industry.

Massimo has conducted numerous CEO and C-Level Executive Search and Leadership Assessment projects across FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, Media, Sport & Entertainment, and Human Resources.

He also has extensive experience in advising Private Equity funds on leadership and human capital matters across all the stages of the investment cycle.

Prior to joining Chaberton Partners, he was a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric Salmon and Korn Ferry. He also served as Human Resources Director at L'Oréal, leading the integration process across its different divisions in Italy. Previously, he held Human Resources roles at RCS, Mondelez, and Coca-Cola.

Massimo is regarded as a trusted advisor by senior executives and organisations and is frequently invited to share his expertise in speeches, lectures, and articles on organisational and career development, and human capital management.

Massimo, a Milan native, grew up between Italy and the UK. He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Milan and a Master's degree in HR and Organization from SDA Bocconi. He lives in Como and is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
