Violaine De Meaux

Violaine de Meaux is Principal at Chaberton Professionals in France.

She operates in the Rhône-Alpes region, supporting SMEs, industrial groups, and distributors in their recruitment and assessment projects. With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment consulting, she has developed strong expertise working with companies of various sizes and sectors.

A graduate of the École de Gestion et de Commerce (ESC Saint-Étienne), Violaine began her career in a regional recruitment firm, where she spent ten years.

In 2006, she joined Advancers Executive, the executive search firm of the Vedior group – acquired in 2009 by the Randstad group – starting as a Recruitment Consultant before taking on the role of Head of the Lyon office. During this time, she primarily worked with SMEs, mid-sized companies, and subsidiaries of large groups.

In 2013, she joined Experis Executive, the executive search firm of the Manpower group, contributing to its growth. In early 2021, she became Practice Manager at MacAnders before joining Chaberton Professionals in September 2024 to support the firm’s development in the Rhône-Alpes region.
