Viola Polimeni

Viola is a Senior Recruiter for the Swiss team at Chaberton Professionals, focusing on searches across the German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland. 

After achieving her Master’s degree in Foreign Languages & International Relations in Milan, specializing in English and German, Viola began her career in 2019 as an International Headhunter at a management search firm in Milan. 

She joined Chaberton in September 2021 as Recruiter DACH and was promoted to Senior Recruiter in January 2024, working between Lugano and Zurich as part of the DACH team, supporting clients in industrial, services, and financial sectors across Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Sales, and HR. 

Known for her responsiveness and dedication, Viola builds strong partnerships through collaboration and teamwork, ensuring seamless support for both candidates and colleagues. She takes pride in high-impact placements, such as assembling an entire team for a Swiss Center of Excellence. Her approach combines market expertise with a commitment to transparency and trust, making her a key asset in cross-regional recruitment. 

Today Viola is extending her expertise to Romandy and continues to work on international projects for clients based in the DACH region.
