Viola Mammola

Viola is a Director for the IT practice at Chaberton Professionals, where she supports multiple industries in finding qualified IT talents. She also manages a team of consultants in charge of recruitment for HR professionals. 

She joined Chaberton Professionals in 2022 to launch the recruitment practices for both HR and IT functions in Geneva.

She started her career in 2003 in Milan for Solvers Executive Search specialized in research and selection before moving to Dublin in 2006 and joined CPL working as a Contract Coordinator. 

Viola built her expertise in the Recruitment and Career Advisory sector, for leading service providing organizations in Europe. 

She then joined an international recruitment agency in Lausanne for the functions of Supply Chain and Engineering, evolving up to the role of Principal. 

After 10 years, Viola joined to the Swiss leader in the Career Transition and Outplacement sector, as Customer Relationship Manager for Romandie. 

Viola accompanied individuals in their career journeys, also helping companies reorganizing their headcounts towards workforce transformation objectives, particularly in the IT sector. 

Born in Italy, Viola is Italian and Swiss. She graduated from Univerisità degli studi di Parma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
