Tania Nebbia

Tania Nebbia leads the Tax & Legal practice at Chaberton Professionals, managing different managment search projects across multiple areas.

Tania has established a strong reputation over the years working with Italian and foreign law firms that handle a range of seniority levels in M&A, Banking & Finance, Tax, Project Finance, Energy and Administrative law. This has allowed her to play a significant role in the recruitment and selection of top talents and to be a trusted advisor and partner for her clients.

She joined Chaberton Professionals in February 2021 leading the Tax & Legal practice, building an international team and collaborating on cross-country projects.

Prior to joining Chaberton, Tania spent six years working for several multinational companies, where she started her professional path as a consultant and assumed increasing levels of responsibility, which led her to build and manage a team in the Tax & Legal practice. 

Tania combined her passion and drive for both Tax & Legal and Human Resources by obtaining a Master in Human Resources Management at the Akademia Finansów i Biznesu Vistula in Warsaw after graduating in Law from the Università degli Studi di Bari with a specialization in Employment & Labor Law.
