Stefano Cuccu

Stefano Cuccu leads Sales & Marketing, Retail, HR and Office practices for Chaberton Professionals. Moreover, he’s responsible for the development of Ticino region. He joined Chaberton Professionals in October 2021.

Early in his career Stefano joined LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics where he has worked for 3 years being in charge of Trade Marketing for the brand Guerlain in Italy.

In 2011 he joined one of the leading international recruitment firms, focusing on managment search, where he led and further developed the Retail and Sales & Marketing practices in Italy.

Throughout the years, Stefano built a strong track record servicing both local companies as well as international corporates covering different level of seniorities within the commercial departments, with a strong specialization on FMCG and Retail.

He is recognized as a trusted partner to his clients thanks to his qualitative approach and deep understanding of the Consumer Goods industry.

Born in Sardinia, Stefano graduated in Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan.
