Her professional journey began in the tourism sector, where she also worked as a freelance language teacher and translator, leveraging her strong linguistic background in English, Spanish, and German. These international and multicultural experiences fostered a deep interest in people, communication, and organisational dynamics, ultimately leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in HR Management.

Following her transition into the HR field, Simona joined Hays as a Recruiter, where she spent four years specialising in the search and selection of IT and Engineering professionals. During this time, she developed strong expertise in talent acquisition, headhunting, and candidate management, supporting companies in identifying and attracting highly qualified talent.
