Sebastiano Reale

Sebastiano Reale is a Senior Consultant at Chaberton Professionals for the Technology and Digital practice.  

Sebastiano started his career in recruitment in London within the academic recruitment field and continued to grow moving to Switzerland into a senior recruitment role, being responsible for a large portion of the EMEA market and travelling extensively into several European countries to regularly meet professionals and manage events. After that he moved into IT recruitment within the Swiss market in 2021, developing a specialised knowledge of the technical/digital world and being rapidly successful into this field, attracting and identifying top specialists and middle managers.

He is Italian, graduated from a Master’s degree in International Relations.

He has travelled extensively and worked in international settings in Italy, Romania, the United Kingdom and Switzerland where he improved his knowledge of international business and acquire a multicultural understanding. Sebastiano speaks fluent Italian and English, upper intermediate German and has a good base of French.
