He began his professional journey in an insurance company, where he spent eight years in business development, focusing on client acquisition and commercial growth. After relocating to Vienna, Sebastian transitioned into recruitment, specializing in middle management positions and developing a strong passion for connecting people and creating meaningful professional impact.

He further strengthened his expertise at Michael Page, where he spent over five years focusing on Finance & Accounting practices, managing end-to-end search processes and leading a team of consultants, while building long-term relationships with both local and international clients.
