Sandra Schneider

Sandra is a Principal for the Legal and Tax practice at Chaberton Professionals, where she joined in 2022.

She started her career in 2003 in the Sales & Marketing assistance practice, first for L’Òreal and later for Nobel Biocare, before becoming an Event manager for Bohmann Druck & Verlag.

In 2011, she joined the world of recruitment and HR, working for both international companies and universities. At the University of Vienna, she organized the biggest educational fairs in Austria and started developing the Recruitment Branch for Young Professionals. She has also continued this service at an American university, where she successfully increased the number of enrolled students in Vienna through strategic international recruiting activities. She then gained valuable experience in a renowned consulting boutique, which is highly specialized in the legal and tax market.

With a focus on talent acquisition, marketing, international customer service, key accounting, event management, and recruiting, Sandra's diverse skill set has made her a valuable contributor in different roles, which she combines with her experience to counsel customers in a variety of industries with HR project, management placement, and executive search in Chaberton Professionals.

She graduated with a master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well from ESSEC in Paris.
