Rosalie Miège is Senior Consultant at Chaberton Professionals, responsible for corporate functions in French-speaking Switzerland, and is actively developing the Retail & Hospitality sectors.
She began her career in the hospitality industry, both in France and internationally, including at a luxury hotel on the French Riviera and in Australia. In 2014, she joined a five-star hotel in Geneva, working in the Groups & Events department, where she strengthened her sense of service and her ability to thrive in demanding environments.
In 2016, seeking a more people-focused role, she transitioned into recruitment, joining an agency specialized in hospitality. She handled permanent positions, including for private clients and family offices.
She then joined a firm dedicated to senior-level recruitment within a placement group, focusing on corporate functions (HR, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Executive Assistant). In this role, she built trusted relationships with prestigious clients, particularly in the watchmaking industry.
