Riccardo Florio

Riccardo Florio is a Senior Director and leads the Engineering & Operations, IT & Digital, Lifescience & Healthcare, Trasportation, Procurement & Supply Chain practices.

He also manages the team of Chaberton Advisory, that is specialized in offering solutions to support companies and multinationals in the growth and turnaround phases.

He joined Chaberton Professionals in 2017.

After starting his career at EY, Riccardo moved to Tel Aviv in a company listed on the stock exchange, where he worked as an advisor for businesses involved in the Oil & Gas and Life Sciences industries. 

In 2012, he joined Page Group, focusing on offering recruiting solutions for different clients in a variety of sectors: Chemistry, Automotive, Packaging, Robotics, Industrial Automation and Mechanics.

Riccardo graduated in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets in Milan at L. Bocconi University, with a specialization in Business Management.

He then continued his studies in New York (NYU) and Sydney (UNSW) and that allowed him to have a deeper understanding of advise and support companies in achieving objectives and strengthening management areas
