Raissa Parisi

Raissa Parisi is Senior Recruiter at Chaberton Professionals in our Madrid office, where she contributes to recruitment activities across multiple sectors with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. 

She began her professional journey at Randstad Professionals in Rome, where she supported the Finance, Legal, and HR teams. This experience provided her with a solid operational foundation in recruitment and exposure to structured selection processes across different functions.

Following this initial experience Raissa relocated to Spain, where she spent two years working at Luxe Talent as a Recruiter, focusing on the Retail, Fashion, Luxury, and Hospitality sectors. During this time, she further developed her expertise in international recruitment working with corporate and industry-specific profiles and strengthening her understanding of different markets and client needs.

Raissa is recognized for her people-oriented mindset and her ability to approach recruitment in a consultative way, grounded in trust and relationship-building. Driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding people beyond their professional profiles, she focus mainly on their motivations, values, and potential to create long-term meaningful connections.

She holds a degree in Psychology, which contributed to deepen her strong interest in understanding human behavior and how people think and act. She further specialized in Human Resources, motivated by the desire to connect talent with professional opportunities and to support individuals in their career development.
