Quentin Perrod

Quentin is a Senior Consultant for the Industrial and Engineering  practices at Chaberton Professionals for the DACH region. 

Quentin has a solid industrial and consulting background. He started his career in the Supply Chain department as Global Commodity Leader within the Energy sector, mainly in charge of the procurement of electrical and control commodities for Gas Power Plants implementations’ worldwide. Then, he had the opportunity to internally grow as a Project Manager to lead major overhaul on steam power plants. 

He learnt processes, methodologies, and developed a large knowledge of the Operations functions. 

Based on this experience, Quentin decided to join the recruitment consultancy industry in 2021 where he started as Consultant within the Operations’ practice. He developed an industrial candidate and client portfolio in Switzerland, focusing mainly on Watchmaking, Energy, Machining, and Electronic sectors. 

Born in Belfort, Quentin is French, graduated from a Master’s degree in operational excellence (Supply Chain & Procurement) at the Montpellier Business School. He had the opportunity to travel a lot in Europe during his studies allowing him to speak a fluent English on top of his French as a native language. 

He is offering to his clients and candidates a high-quality level of service leveraging on his industrial knowledges as well as a dedicated sourcing team.
