Paula Molpeceres

Paula Molpeceres is Senior Consultant at Chaberton Professionals in our Madrid office. She brings solid experience in the Life Sciences sector, with a specific focus on medical devices and biotechnology.

With over four years of experience in recruitment, Paula combines end-to-end selection processes with a strong commercial mindset. Throughout her career, she has developed a solid background in headhunting, specializing in the identification and placement of middle and senior management profiles within the Life Sciences sector. She began her career at Eurofirms Group, where she worked as an HR Recruiter, participating in selection processes that allowed her to build a strong foundation in recruitment and client management.

She then joined Claire Joster, where she worked for nearly three years as an Executive Consultant in the Life Sciences sector, also contributing to RPO projects. During this time, she further developed her expertise in managing complex recruitment processes and client relationships in highly specialized environments, taking on increasing responsibilities and consolidating her specialization in the sector.

Before joining Chaberton, she developed her experience at Randstad, contributing to the growth of a new medical devices division within the Life Sciences practice, where she was responsible for client prospecting and recruitment processes for middle and top management roles.

Paula holds a degree in Psychology and Criminology, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, enables her to approach talent acquisition from a holistic perspective, understanding both organizational needs and individual motivations.

Known for her people-oriented approach, Paula places strong emphasis on building genuine relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
