Olivier Lemaitre

Olivier Lemaitre joined Chaberton's leadership team in 2022 as Regional Managing Director for Chaberton Professionals. Olivier's focus is on leading the growth of Chaberton Professionals in new European markets, leveraging his extensive background in the recruitment and consulting sector.

Olivier started his career in recruitment as consultant for PageGroup in Paris. He then established their presence in Brazil (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro). Olivier then returned to Europe to lead the growth of the group across Germany, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, and Russia. From 2012 to 2018, under Olivier's transformative leadership, the European region became the group's best performing region.

In 2018, Olivier joined the Adecco Group, where he led Adecco France, before joining Alten in 2020 to transform their operations in Germany.

An alumnus of the European Business School with advanced executive education from IMD and Harvard Business School, Olivier speaks English, German, French, and Portuguese.

Olivier is a proud husband and father of two. His passion extends beyond business, encompassing mountain sports, fine wine, sports cars, political science, and his fervent support for Olympique de Marseille.
