Nicholas Bull

Nicholas Bull represents Chaberton Partners as a senior partner in our Financial Services practice based in the London office  

Nicholas has over 25 years of experience covering global Financial services across Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity and Fintech. His career in Executive search includes senior roles at global competitors such as Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, Managing partner at two leading financial services boutiques, and founding two specialist search companies. 

Initiating his career with a primary focus on the Fixed Income Trading markets in London and EMEA, Nicholas expanded his coverage to both Buy and Sell side clients in the region, before taking responsibility for the full breadth of Financial Services senior management team search. His track record spans granular specialist search requirements, major business build outs, to comprehensive senior management team restructure.

Nicholas enjoys partnership with a long established client portfolio in both Financial and Professional Services sectors, and in 2014 founded TenBrick, a fintech consulting firm offering executive search, inhouse COO leadership, and business development services to start up and scale up firms in Payments, Digital currencies and AI.
