Morgane Gevaux

Morgane Gevaux is the Manager for the HR practice at Chaberton Professionals in Western Switzerland.

Her career started in the Trade Marketing division of a prominent French telecommunications firm in Paris. After a year, she relocated to Geneva, seizing an opportunity to join an employment agency where she spent five years collaborating with clients and professionals in the hospitality industry. Subsequently, she transitioned to a recruitment firm, specializing in permanent placements within the service sector encompassing finance, accounting, administration, and human resources.

Over a period of six years as a Senior Consultant, Morgane has garnered extensive knowledge of the Swiss job market, particularly focusing on the recruitment of HR professionals.

Morgane brings a qualitative approach and recognized communication skills to her interactions with clients and candidates, attributes bolstered by her educational background in communication. Hailing from Haute-Savoie, France, Morgane holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Communication from Neoma Business School.

During her academic pursuits, Morgane furthered her proficiency in Italian through an Erasmus exchange program in Turin. Additionally, she completed an internship at a Canadian oil company, further solidifying her fluency in English.
