Maurizio Zaniroli

Maurizio Zaniroli is a Senior Principal for the Industrial & Engineering practice at Chaberton Professionals

He joined Chaberton Professionals in 2018, where he built a strong track record servicing both local and international companies covering different level of seniorities within the Engineering, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Aftersales departments.

He began his professional career in January 2014 as a Human Resources Recruiter for Helpfully, moving later to Hays, where he started in the Technical & Engineering department becoming Senior Consultant for the Sales & Marketing practice.

Today Maurizio is recognized as a partner of trust to his customers thanks to his qualitative approach and deep knowledge of the Industrial Sector.

While completing his studies, Maurizio had the opportunity to work with a freelance headhunter, who introduced him into the world of human resources consultancy. This collaboration allowed Maurizio to be noticed by one of the leading international recruitment firms, where he started a solid and fast growth path that led him, in less than 4 years, to be a key reference for the Industrial Division.

Maurizio graduated in Psychology at Univeristà degli Studi di Pavia with a specialization in Labour and Organization Psychology.
