Marco Fusaro

Marco Fusaro is Director at Chaberton Professionals, where he contributes to the development of the Human Resources and Advisory practices, bringing two decades of experience in HR consulting and people management.

A graduate in Economics and Business Consulting from Bocconi University, Marco began his career in 2003 at PageGroup, where after an initial internship he joined as a consultant in the Assistant & Office Support division, becoming its sole Head in 2007. In the following years, he expanded his scope by taking responsibility for the Human Resources practice, initially at Page Personnel and subsequently also at Michael Page.

In 2019, Marco took over the leadership of the Advisory division, coordinating a team dedicated to delivering HR services for individuals and organizations, including assessment, coaching, training, climate surveys, salary analysis and benchmarking, and role and organizational chart reviews. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Key Account Director, personally managing the group's main strategic clients while maintaining responsibility for the HR and Advisory divisions.

In parallel, he has consistently promoted internal training, inclusion, charity, and sustainability projects, advancing a vision of work centered on people development and the value of relationships.

In 2025, he joined Chaberton Professionals as Director with the goal of contributing to the organization's growth through talent development and the evolution of HR and Advisory services.

A dynamic and results-oriented professional, Marco combines strategic experience and passion for people, with expertise spanning from recruitment to people & culture management, training to business development, and topics including diversity & inclusion, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility.
