Maksim Gerassimov

Maksim Gerassimov is Associate Director at Chaberton Professionals in Frankfurt, where he leads the development of the Interim Management practice in Germany, supporting organisations in the appointment of senior executives and interim leaders across a broad range of functions and business transformation projects.

He began his career in recruitment within the technology sector before progressively specialising in Interim Management. Over the past decade, he has held senior positions with international organisations including Michael Page, Badenoch + Clark (LHH) and Morgan Philips Group, contributing to the development and growth of Interim Management activities in the German market. Throughout his career, he has played an active role in building candidate networks, expanding dedicated teams and supporting the growth of Interim Management practices.

Maksim has developed extensive expertise across Finance, IT, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Life Sciences. He has partnered with SMEs, international organisations and private equity-backed businesses, supporting the appointment of senior executives and interim leaders for transformation programmes, succession planning initiatives, turnaround situations and strategic project-based assignments.

Originally from Estonia and based in Germany for more than twenty years, Maksim brings an international perspective alongside a deep understanding of the local market. He is fluent in English and German.
