Laurence Feles

Laurence Félès is a Senior Consultant at Chaberton Professionals, leveraging over 20 years of recruitment, human resources, and executive search expertise. 

Laurence's career began in the early 2000s, focusing initially on financial audit and organizational consultancy roles. She then joined a global recruitment firm, where she specialised in corporate finance roles. 

Her journey took her to join a fast-growing pharmaceutical startup as HR manager, where she gained deep insights into HR strategies and recruitment challenges. This role profoundly enhanced her understanding of the complex landscape of human resources, preparing her for higher-level challenges in recruitment.

Following this experience, Laurence returned to the consulting field, where she has led executive and managerial recruitment projects across a variety of sectors, consistently meeting client needs with a constant focus on quality and effectiveness.

Laurence joined Chaberton in September 2023, drawn by the firm's clear vision, exceptional team, and core values. Originally from Toulon, France, she is a graduate of Kedge Business School.
