Juliette Lempereur-Hameury

Juliette Lempereur is the Head of Advisory at Chaberton Professionals in Switzerland.

She joined Chaberton Professionnals in May 2023 to lead Chaberton Advisory division, supporting companies on topics linked to Attractivity & engagement, Employee development, Competencies and Career assessments, and Leadership trainings.

Juliette started her career in a leading hotels group in Paris, where she quickly moved from operations to support functions and where she launched the Talent Acquisition department for France before moving to an HR Manager role in one of the structures. 

In 2010, she moved back to Switzerland where she worked for 5 years in a renowned head-hunting company specialising in Human Resources and Supply Chain profiles. She then turned to the Career Management Advisory with a Swiss leading outplacement company for 7 years. 

Juliette is recognised as an impactful and trustful partner by HR professionals. She diversified her expertise in Talent development and in Coaching to adapt her approach to each clients over the years.

Born near Paris, Juliette grew up in a very international background moving from France to Canada, to Australia and finally to Switzerland where she graduated from the Hospitality Business School in Lausanne.
