Jérôme Joined Charberton Professionals in September 2023 as Associate Director for the Executive Interim Management Practice. 

With over 13 years of financial management at a major international Japanese company recognised in consumer goods and over seven years as recruiting expert in interim management, Jérôme brings deep expertise in corporate finance across a broad spectrum of industries.

These combined experiences offer invaluable recruitment expertise, the ability to provide strategic guidance to executive teams, and advisory services to both customers and candidates in international environments. 

His operational background in leading transformational initiatives, such as software implementation, European projects, and shared service center rollouts, makes him a key asset to our French interim management business.

In addition, Jérôme also holds professional coaching, systemic approach, and NLP certifications with specialization on middle management topics, equipping him with a nuanced understanding of behavioural skills essential for the success of our clients' short term assignments projects.

Jérôme Graduated from a Business School. Familiar with multi-cultural environments on both personal and professional sides, he speaks fluent English and French and has a good understanding of Spanish.
