Janine Bösch

Janine is a Senior Recruiter at Chaberton Professionals, supporting both Swiss and international clients across various sectors.

Based in Zurich, she collaborates with consultants from multiple practices, including Sales & Marketing, HR & Administration, IT & Engineering, and Finance.

Born and raised in the Basel region, Janine holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Basel, where she specialized in  Economic, Social, and Decision Psychology. Her academic background gave her a solid foundation for understanding human behaviour in professional and decision-making environments.

Janine began her career in recruitment at a consulting firm in Basel, focusing on executive and management search for clients in life sciences, financial services, industry, and real estate/construction. She later deepened her expertise in technical roles through an IT-focused recruitment company in Zurich.

Her diverse experience has allowed her to develop a wide-ranging understanding of different industries and a flexible, client-oriented approach to talent acquisition. Janine is fluent in Swiss German, German, and English.
