Jacopo Pavoni

Jacopo Pavoni is a Senior Manager for the Industrial and Engineering practice at Chaberton Professionals.

In early 2019, Jacopo started his professional career in the recruitment consultancy industry, where he was involved in the design and configuration of the Engineering and Industrial divisions for Western Switzerland for a large international recruitment firm. He then gained control of the Engineering and Operations practice, directly contributing to the rapid growth of the company. He joined Chaberton Professionals in November 2022.

He has 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry in Switzerland focusing mainly on Aerospace, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Microelectronics and Connectivity sectors.

At the beginning of his professional career, Jacopo had the chance to work for the Procurement and Supply Chain departments of a well-known automotive industry, where he learnt methodologies, processes, and technologies, and obtained worldwide recognized certifications on Supply Chain (APICS) and Project Management (IPMA). 

As a professional, Jacopo’s results are a mix between solid industrial and consulting experiences.

Jacopo was born in Turin and graduated from a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc in Management Engineering at the Politecnico of Turin. He also had the opportunity to live in New Zealand to complete his studies on an Exchange Scolarship program. He speaks fluent English, French, Italian, and a good base of Spanish.
