He began his career at Hays, where he specialized in recruiting corporate finance profiles. He quickly advanced to senior consultant and division manager roles, leading a team of consultants. Subsequently, he joined VERTUO Conseil as a Manager, further honing his expertise in financial services.

In 2022, Guillaume joined Chaberton Professionals to focus on executive search. Since then, he has successfully managed numerous recruitment projects for companies of various sizes and sectors, leveraging his expertise and network to identify top talent.
