Guillaume Blanchin

Guillaume Blanchin is the Director of Chaberton Professionals based in our Lyon office, where he brings two decades of international experience from the recruitment industry, spanning markets such as Spain, France, and Switzerland. 

Leading our Lyon office and Chaberton Professionals' expansion in French regions, Guillaume oversees a dedicated team of Human Explorers focused on servicing our French clients and candidates.

Before joining Chaberton, he spent 13 years at Robert Walters, where he developed a strong expertise in the Life Sciences, Legal, and Financial Services sectors. His leadership was instrumental in founding an office in Geneva and steering the direction of operations in Lyon. Guillaume's experience in complex and international landscapes enriches our client and candidate engagements.

Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and has completed an executive program at IMD Business School.
