Giorgia Marschall

Senior Partner at the firm, Giorgia brings over 15 years of experience in Executive Search. She leads the Healthcare practice, supporting clients and candidates with a tailored approach grounded in deep sector expertise. She is also involved in executive recruitment for industrial SMEs as well as start-ups and scale-ups.

Before joining Ganci Partners, she served as Director for French-speaking Switzerland at an international recruitment firm, where she led several strategic growth initiatives, including the nationwide launch of the “interim” division.

A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration), Giorgia also holds a CAS in Change Management (HEC Lausanne Executive Education) and a Swiss Board Diploma (Swiss Board School). Multilingual, she works fluently in French, English, German, and Italian, and operates comfortably in multicultural environments.
