Francesco Romano

Francesco Romano is a Director and the Head of Chaberton Professionals' office in Rome. 

He joined Chaberton Professionals in 2022, starting up the activities in Rome for several practices and further developing the national and international expansion of the company. 

In 2023, he also contributed to the creation of a transversal team focused on the wine and beverage industry, composed of experts known in both Chaberton Professionals and Chaberton Partners. 

Francesco began his career in headhunting by joining one of the biggest multinationals in the recruitment sector, where he specialized in business sales and marketing and achieved significant success working with both local and foreign clients, particularly in the industrial and technological practices. 

Later, he oversaw the creation of new vertical divisions, such as IT, Digital, and Telco, as well as the project's optimization related to engineering practices, which he was able to guarantee a significant level of expertise thanks to his education. 

In 2018, he played a key role in the project for the management of the Apulian-Lucan sector with the opening of an office in Bari and, afterwards, in southern Italy. This led to significant growth and the development of the world of Food, Wine, and FMCG in general.

Francesco holds a degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi Roma Tre and a Master in Marketing & Communication.
