Francesco Biasia

Francesco Biasia is a Director and the Head of Chaberton Professionals' office in Padua.

In 2022 he joined Chaberton Professionals with the aim of building the new branch of Padua, where he now has the responsibility of the whole team (8 professionals) across different practices, such as Sales & Marketing, IT, Finance, and Engineering in term of P&L, delivery standards and market development. 

From 2014 to 2022 he contributed to develop and to establish the market and the team of their Padua branch attracting talents and managing 6 professionals. 

Before becoming the leader of the Sales & Marketing team in Michael Page, he then spent 3 years in a local firm focused on the middle & top management recruitment processes.

In 2010, he joined the Head Hunting Business after being part of the HR Department at Safilo

Francesco Biasia started his career in the recruitment business in 2007 in Manpower Group, recruiting and selecting entry level professionals for the permanent placement.

Francesco graduated in Philosophy at Padua University.
