Federico Pazzi is Manager at Chaberton Professionals in our Madrid office.

He brings several years of international experience in recruitment, having begun his professional career at Hays, initially as a trainee and later progressing to Consultant within the Interim Management division. Over the course of more than two years, he worked on temporary projects across multiple industries, managing profiles with varying levels of seniority. This experience allowed him to develop a broad and transversal view of the market, as well as strong capabilities in both recruitment and business development.

He then joined LHH Recruitment Solutions, where he specialized in permanent recruitment within the logistics, supply chain, and purchasing sectors. Over the past three years, he has managed end-to-end recruitment processes for middle and executive management roles, while actively contributing to business development and building long-term client relationships.

Known for his resilience, adaptability, and strong sense of commitment, Federico approaches his work with consistency, curiosity, and a positive mindset. He is particularly motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful impact by connecting talent with organizations, supporting both individual careers and business growth.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Bologna and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management obtained in Madrid, following an international academic experience in Spain that shaped his global outlook and career path.
