Fabio Zingarelli

Fabio Zingarelli is Strategic Accounts Director at Chaberton Professionals, where he leads the development of consulting and outsourcing services with a focus on IT & Technology, Financial Services, Consulting, Telco, and Media sectors.

His career began at MCI Worldcom (now Verizon), an American telecommunications company, where he joined the technical support team and grew to become Team Leader, coordinating a group of six people. After five years, he moved to Reply, where he started as a consultant on Vodafone projects and quickly built a dedicated Telco & Media business line for consulting and outsourcing services. As Manager, he led a team of over 130 consultants and contributed to the launch of Net Reply, now a legal entity of the group.

After nearly ten years at Reply, Fabio joined Gi Group to launch Enginium, the group's company specializing in IT consulting services. He subsequently joined Adecco Global's Italy Sales team with responsibility for developing the offering across 56 group services—from staffing to permanent recruitment, RPO, and HR consulting—in the IT-Tech, Financial Services, Consulting, and Telco & Media verticals, managing four dedicated managers.

In recent years, Fabio served as Italy Commercial Director for Hays Enterprise Solutions, part of the EMEA organization, leading the development of MSP, RPO, Permanent, Contracting, and CMO services for large corporates and international clients.

With a career that combines commercial leadership, strategic vision, and deep knowledge of the IT and human resources world, Fabio brings to Chaberton Professionals a concrete, dynamic, and results-oriented approach.
