Emanuela Sartori

Emanuela Sartori is a Principal for the Sales & Marketing practice at Chaberton Professionals. 

She joined Chaberton in April 2024, contributing to the company's growth with a network consolidated in more than 10 years of career with multinational companies.

Emanuela began her professional career within the world of Head Hunting, as a Sales & Marketing Consultant in an important multinational company in the sector. 

She then decided to join a well-known company in the food world, returning later to the world of Consulting where she had the chance to start and grow the regional office of a multinational leader in HR solutions for companies. Emanuela quickly became Director and Operational Board Member, gaining visibility, increasing responsibilities, and managing teams of more than 30 people.

In parallel, she supported numerous Italian and European clients in challenging Middle and Top Management research projects, consolidating her skills and becoming a reference point for many stakeholders inside and outside the group. 

Born in Verona, Emanuela graduated with honors in Occupational Psychology from the universities of Padua and Rome, with an Exchange Period at the University of Nottingham, UK.
