She subsequently joined Palatin, where she specialized in the recruitment of IT and Engineering professionals while taking on increasing responsibilities in team management and business development. She later developed her skills in another IT consulting company, further strengthening her expertise in technology recruitment, managing end-to-end search processes for senior professionals and leadership roles, while contributing to the growth of client relationships and recruitment teams.
