Damien Carton

Damien Carton is a Principal for Chaberton Professionals in the South of France, located in the Aix en Provence office. 

In early 2011, Damien started his professional career in the recruitment consultancy industry, where he was involved in Finance & HR divisions for Robert Walters Paris office and had the opportunity to advance as a Manager and was in charge of a team of 8 recruitment consultants. 

In November 2017, Damien had the chance to do an international move with Robert Walters and joined the Melbourne office in Australia. He settled the Finance division and was specialized in the Risk & Compliance industry for financial services firms. 

Back in France in 2020, Damien progressed on his career with a Senior Manager role in a French recruitment company Adsearch and was in charge of the Aix en Provence office with the management of a team of 12 consultants.

He joined Chaberton Professionals in January 2024.

He has 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry in France and Australia; focusing mainly on Finance, HR and since 2020 Damien is also an expert in the Supply Chain industry. 

As a professional, Damien’s results are a mix between solid managerial and consulting experiences.

Damien was born in Paris and graduated from Business School of Paris La Défense. He also had the opportunity to live in England just after his studies. He speaks fluent English & French.
