Chiara Berlendi

Chiara Berlendi is Partner at Chaberton Partners in Milan, where she specializes in executive search within the Fashion & Luxury, Design, and Premium Consumer sectors.

With more than 15 years of Search experience, Chiara advises boards, CEOs and leadership teams across the Fashion & Luxury, Design and premium Consumer sectors. Over the past years, she has developed a strong track record in international executive appointments, with particular focus on CEO, regional general management and commercial leadership roles. She worked closely with founder-led, family-owned, listed and private equity-backed organisations and developed a deep understanding of the leadership dynamics that drive growth, transformation and international expansion.

Before joining Chaberton Partners, Chiara spent seven years at Heidrick & Struggles, contributing to the development of the firm's Global Fashion & Luxury practice. Previously, she built her career at Badenoch & Clark, advising organizations on leadership, succession, and talent strategies across international markets.

Recognised for her thoughtful advice, intellectual curiosity and collaborative approach, she supports organisations in identifying leaders capable of creating sustainable long-term value in her key industries. This perspective, combined with her international mindset and independent creative thinking, enables her to support clients in navigating leadership decisions across geographies, markets, cultures and ownership structures. 

Graduated in Management from Bocconi University, Chiara is an active contributor to the Alumni community, where she serves as keynote speaker and moderator of events as Topic Leader for Fashion, Luxury & Design. A native Italian, Chiara is also bilingual fluent in English and French, holding a high school diploma from the Lycée Français.
