Caroline Audrain

Caroline Audrain is a Principal at Chaberton Professionals.

With over a decade of experience in the consumer goods, retail, and luxury sectors, complemented by six years in management search and executive recruitment consulting, Caroline has developed a rich expertise in both B2C and B2B.

She began her career as an Assistant Manager at the historic Ladurée store, then progressed to commercial roles at O.P.I before enhancing her skills as a Key Account Manager at Tessi, a leading agency in marketing and digital consulting. In 2018, she successfully shifted to recruitment consulting by joining LHH, initially as a Consultant and then as Manager of the Sales and Marketing division.

Her journey has enabled her to develop a unique profile in France: a dual function/sector specialization and a deep understanding of the environments and organizations within her scope. Caroline leverages her ability to guide, support, and most importantly, connect companies and talent to meet market needs.

A graduate of the European Business School in Paris, New York, and Madrid, Caroline will contribute to the expansion of Chaberton in the Hauts-de-France area.
