Carolina Marani is the head of the Advisory practice at Chaberton Professionals, managing Human Capital projects in various sectors.

Over twelve years, Carolina has built substantial expertise supporting multinational corporations, entrepreneurial companies, and startups during crucial moments such as market positioning, consolidation, change management, internationalization, ramp-up, and contraction.

As a trusted consultant and partner for her clients, she designs and delivers interventions including Assessment for Recruitment & Development (Professional and Executive), Training, Academy, Mentoring, Counseling, Coaching, Career Plans, Market Benchmarking, Customized Surveys, Career Counseling, Competency Models (for functions or organizations), and Strategic Workshops.

Carolina joined Chaberton Professionals in January 2020 after eight years of experience in a multinational company, where she managed the assessment practice.

Studying human dynamics in organizations from her background in Psychology and Business Organization, and with certifications in the use of psychodiagnostic tests, Carolina brings solutions to the complex challenges of Attraction for Retention in today's management landscape.
