Barbara Targa

Barbara Targa joined Chaberton Partners in 2022 as Partner for the Industrial and Consumer practices, bringing solid experience in leadership selection and development.

She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Padua and is a certified Hogan and Thomas International Assessor, as well as an AICF Professional Coach, with a specific focus on potential evaluation and the development of managerial capabilities.

With over 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Assessment and Coaching, Barbara has built her reputation within leading HR consulting firms. At Key2People, she led the opening of the Padua office, while at EXS she headed the Industrial & Consumer Practice, contributing to its strategic positioning in the market.

She also served as Managing Director, taking part in the acquisition and integration of GSO–Elan and developing high‑value Advisory and Executive Search projects.

At Chaberton Partners, she supports international groups, corporations and family-owned businesses through key moments such as managerial transformation, generational succession, renewal of leadership models and the definition of talent pipelines, through Executive Search and Advisory projects at both national and international level.

Barbara combines strategic vision with strong relational capabilities, supporting companies and C‑level executives in building solid and sustainable organizations, keeping People at the centre and promoting leadership capable of generating innovation and long‑lasting value.
