Aurore Cazauran is Principal at Chaberton Professionals in France.

She operates across France, focusing on the recruitment of senior executives, Comex and Codir members. With 20 years of experience – ten years in corporate roles in Paris and ten years in an international search firm in Lyon – she supports companies in their strategic hiring processes.

She has held Senior Manager positions and is specialised in assessment centres, enabling her to accurately evaluate the skills and potential of executives. She works with mid-sized companies, SMEs and international groups, primarily in the industrial and retail sectors.

What sets Aurore apart is her approach centred on proximity and guidance, building long-lasting, trust-based relationships with the executives and companies she advises.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and speaks French and English.
